What do you enjoy the most about being part of the Verathon team?
Verathon’s people-first culture and strong sense of alignment really stand out. There’s an authenticity here. There’s a real consistency between what we say we value and how we operate day to day. That creates a high-trust environment where collaboration is natural, and everyone is focused on delivering meaningful outcomes to our customers. It’s the kind of culture where people want to do their best work, and that’s powerful.
What are you most excited about for Verathon’s future?
As Verathon grows, we have a real opportunity to evolve how operations supports the business-scaling effectively through a mix of in-house capabilities and strong contract manufacturing partnerships. What excites me is the chance to build the right structure and executional focus to support that growth while staying centered on delivering value to our customers.
How would you describe the perfect weekend?
Spending time outdoors with my family, skiing in the winter, hiking or gardening in the summer, and making space for great food, wine tasting, or travel. I’m happiest when I’m exploring new places or just relaxing with my husband, our two kids, and our dogs, Bob and Victoria.
